Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) allows employees to share in the growth and prosperity of SSI, as we make yearly contributions of stock or cash to the ESOP on behalf of our employees.  ESOP-owned companies provide the opportunity to a large group of employee-owners of every ethnic, gender, and veteran status category as opposed to a single or small number of employee-owners in each category; drives greater benefit to more employees; and provides a broader motivating structure to ESOP-owned companies.
