Client Engagement: What is it? And why should we do it?

What: Client engagement is the ongoing cultivation of a relationship between the company and client(s) that goes far beyond a particular contract or opportunity. It's an intentional, consistent approach by a company that provides value at every level of client interaction, thus increasing loyalty. (both ways)

Why: Increased sales and revenue are every company's big-picture goal. However, many other benefits to client engagement will position for long-term success.

Client Engagement is the most sustainable growth strategy.

Our clients are the lifeblood of our business, and we must maintain strong relationships with them. Here are a few tips to help you stay engaged with our clients:

1. Communicate regularly: Make sure you're checking in with our clients regularly. This can be as simple as sending an email or picking up the phone to say hello
2. Listen actively: When you're communicating with our clients, make sure you're actively listening to their needs and concerns. This will help you provide better service and build stronger relationships.
3. Be proactive: Don't wait for our clients to come to you with problems. Anticipate their needs and be proactive in addressing them.
4. Show appreciation: Take the time to thank our clients for their business and let them know how much you value their partnership.

I am confident that if we continue to prioritize client engagement, we will be able to achieve even greater success in the coming year.

We have the unique opportunity to provide a maintenance strategy that encompasses predicting
​when critical equipment will fail and preventing unscheduled outages which effects the overall mission.
SSI uses multiple technologies to accomplish this for our customer, our team is competent
in the use of thermal imaging, vibration data collection and analysis, ultrasonic testing,
oil analysis and the collection of data from various other technologies and sources.
Our zero failure approach has proven to be very successful and saves millions
every year through mitigating and averting failures that create down time which
impact mission effectiveness.

• Being a small government-contracted company comes with unique challenges and opportunities.  Our expertise and dedication greatly impact the provision of valuable services to the government. In addition to the socials, we also decided to take the website in-house and do a complete makeover. This allowed us to have more control and make it truly personal. With things like adding pictures of our corporate staff and sharing stories,
we hope to give it a warm and authentic touch.
